摘    要:
目的:通过对2007、2008年建水县生产和销售的酒类的调查分析,掌握建水县酒类残留污染物的状况,提出相应的预防控制措施。方法:采用整群抽样和随机抽样的方法,对建水县生产和销售的酒类共644件进行检测分析。结果:本次调查蒸馏酒355份,合格率为82.5%;配制酒261份,合格率为93.1%;发酵酒28份全部合格。结论:建水县酒类残留污染物超标项目均为杂醇油,但也应注意其他残留污染物的存在,相关部门仍须加强监管力度。

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the residual contaminant in alcohol produced and sold in Jianshui County during 2007~2008 to provide corresponding preventive measures.Methods:Random sampling was used to obtain 644 samples of alcohol for detection of residual contaminant.Results:The qualified rate was 82.5% in 355 samples of distilled spirit,93.1% in 261 of liquor and 100% in 28 of qualified wine,respectively.Conclusion:There is still contaminant in alcohol produced and sold in Jianshui County and relevant departme...
