沸石对猪股动脉损伤止血作用的初步实验研究

摘    要:目的了解沸石对实验猪股动脉断裂的止血效果。方法切断实验猪股动脉后,使用沸石(30g包装)进行局部止血。采用猪的血压变化作为监测指标。同时设对照组,使用同质量的纱布填塞。结果实验组的动物全部存活,且血压(收缩压)均稳定在90mmHg左右;对照组死亡4只,存活3只,实验结束时存活猪血压(收缩压)为35mmHg左右。结论沸石对猪股动脉损伤有明显的止血作用,为研究院前急救止血材料提供了一种很好的思路。

Abstract:Objective To observe the hemorrhage control effect of zeolite on the femoral artery injury of swine. Methods The femoral artery was cut to establish a swine model of heavy bleeding. Local hemostasis was performed by immediately using zeolite (30 g) in the experimental group, and using guaze in the control group. The change of blood pressure was monitored as an indicator.
