维持性血液透析患者的心理护理及健康指导

目的探讨维持性血液透析患者的心理状态,给予整体性健康指导。方法采用交谈和板报、宣传小册方式,根据不同病例,对48例患者进行心理护理、饮食指导、生活指导。结果 48例患者能正确认识疾病,面对疾病,并能主动了解血液透析方面的知识。结论通过对患者的整体性健康教育,帮助患者树立治病信心,使其能自我调整心理状态,积极配合治疗,有效促进疾病康复。

Psychological Care and Health Guidance in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

Objective To explore the psychological state of maintenance hemodialysis patients,and give them the overall health guidance.Methods By taking the conversation and newsletter constructs,publicity pamphlets,according to the different cases,48 patients were given the psychological care,dietary guidance,life guidance.Results 48 patients could correctly understand the disease,face the disease,and proactively learn the knowledge of hemodialysis.Conclusion By the overall health education,it can help patients establish confidence,and it can make the patients self-adjust mental state,actively cooperate with treatment,effectively promote rehabilitation.
