| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药外洗方治疗炎性痔疮效果和机制。方法选择炎性痔疮患者300例,随机分为两组。治疗组以痔疮外洗方熏洗坐浴.对照组用1：5000高锰酸钾溶液（PP液）熏洗坐浴。结果应用Ridit检验对其结果进行比较和分析。治疗组总有效率91%,对照组总有效率65%,P〈0.01。结论痔疮外洗方治疗炎性痔的效果明显优于对照组,价廉,方便实用,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the herbal bathhemorrhoidsTreating inflammatory effect andmechanism. Methods 300 cases of patients with inflammatory hemorrhoids were randomly divided into two groups. External hemorrhoids treatment group Washing Bath. 1： 5000 potassium permanganate solution with the control group （ PP solution） Washing Bath. Results Application of Ridit test results were compared and analyzed. Efficiency of the treatment group was 91% in the control group,the total efficiency of 65% ,P 0 01. Conclusion Washing conservative in the treatment of inflammatory hemorrhoid is cheap,convenient and practical,should be widely applied. |
