| 摘 要： | 目的:观察益肾平肝方对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)早期肾损害组织形态学的影响。方法:将10周龄雄性SHR随机分为模型组(蒸馏水)、中药组(益肾平肝方)、中西药结合组(益肾平肝方+洛汀新)、西药组(洛汀新)、WKY作为正常对照组(蒸馏水),每组8只,用药12周,观察大鼠肾脏的超微结构及四型胶原(CO-Ⅳ)和层黏蛋白(LN)的表达。结果:与模型组相比,益肾平肝方能明显改善SHR的肾脏超微结构,显著降低CO-Ⅳ和LN在肾小球的表达(P0.01)。结论:益肾平肝方可以减轻高血压病肾脏病理损伤,其作用可能是通过下调促肾小球硬化的细胞因子Co-IV、LN表达,减少ECM在肾小球局部的聚集实现的。
