脂溶性茶多酚调节血脂作用实验研究

摘    要:目的观察脂溶性茶多酚对模型大鼠的血脂调节作用。方法1.建立大鼠高脂模型;2.设对照组及400、800,1500mg/kg剂量组,给予相应剂量的脂溶性茶多酚20d,测定其血脂水平。结果400、1500mg/kg组大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)与高脂对照组比,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01);400、800和1500mg/kg组大鼠血清甘油三酯(TG)与高脂对照组比较,差异亦均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论脂溶性茶多酚对模型大鼠有良好的降低血清TC和血清TG的作用,具有较好的调节血脂功能。

Abstract:[Objective]To observe the effect of lipo-soluble tea polyphenol in adjusting blood lipid.[Methods] High-lipid model rats were set up;three dose groups and a control group were formed and administered with different doses of tea polyphenol(400,800 and 1500 mg/kg respectively) for 20 days;the blood lipid levels of the groups were determined. [Results] The serum TC of the 400 and 1500 mg/kg groups was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.01);the serum TG of all the dose groups was also significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.01).[Conclusion]Lipo-soluble tea polyphenol is quite effective in reducing serum TC and TG and adjusting blood lipid.
