Abstract:
Objective To detect the expression of inducible nitric oxidesynthase(iNOS),endothelial nitric oxide synthasee(eNOS),gastric cancer tissue in normal gastric tissue and in-place transplant patients,SGC-7901,and to investigate the correlation between changes in iNOS and eNOS content at different stages of stomach cancer in SCID mice,and clinical significance.Methods The detection was carried out by sumu-I-red dyeing method.Results It can be seen that the correlation between eNOS and iNOS was weak in 10 cases of normal stomach tissue,and in 30 cases of gastric cancer tissue,there was a significant difference between 25 cases of iNOS expression significantly higher than normal stomach tissue(83%vs 38%,P<0.05),and iNOS was associated with the development of stomach cancer.In 17 of the 30 gastric cancer tissues,eNOS expression was slightly higher than that of normal gastric cancer tissue(57%vs 20%,P<0.05).iNOS is associated with the expression of eNOS in gastric cancer tissue(P<0.01).Conclusion There may be interactions between eNOS and iNOS that are involved in metastasis and immersion for the development of stomach cancer.
