| 摘 要： | 目的建立阿昔洛韦片溶出度的高效液相色谱法（HPLc）测定方法。方法色谱柱为依利特BDSC18150mm×4．6mmμm，柱温：30℃，流动相为水：甲醇（90：10），检测波长254nm，流速为1．0ml。·min-1，进样体积：20μL，结果阿昔洛韦片在4．664～93．28μg·mL-1的浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9999），平均回收率为99．8％（n=9）RSD为0．2％。结论该方法高效，准确，灵敏度高，重现性好，可作为阿昔洛韦片的溶出度的检测方法。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To estabhsh a HPLC method for dissolution of Aciclovir tablets. METHODS Hyper- sil BDS C18 column （ 150mm × 4.6mm, 5 μm） was used with a mobile phasecomposed of methanol-water （ 10： 90 ） at the flow rate of 1.0mL · min-1. The detection wavelength was 254nm and the temperature of the column was 30℃The injection volume was 20μL. RESULTS The calibration curve of Aciclovir was linear in the range of 4. 664 - 93. 251μg · mL-1 （r =0. 999 9）. The average recover）＂ was 99. 8% with RSD of 0. 2% （ n = 9）. CONCLUSION Compared with the standard method, the results are satisfactory, and the method is effective and accurate, which could be used for the determination of dissolution of Aciclovir tablets. |
