旋转松动法用于围绝经期及绝经后取器困难40例观察

目的 探讨能解决围绝经期及绝经后取器困难的一种新的、有效的、安全的方法,以减少或杜绝并发症发生.方法 试验组(A组)采取旋转松动法,对照组(B组)采用传统的剪断抽丝法,比较两组宫内节育器取出情况.结果 A组一次性取器成功率达到100%,无并发症发生;B组一次性取器成功率达到75%,两组病例经统计学处理,有显著性差异.结论 旋转松动法用于围绝经期及绝经后取器困难患者明显优于传统的剪断抽丝法.

40 patients of removing intrauterine device difficultly in perimenopausal period and postmenopausal period used spin relaxation method

Objective Explore a new,effective safe method which can slove the problem of removing intrauterine device in perimenopausal period and postmenopausal period,in order to reduce or eliminate the complications.Methods Case group(A group) given spin relaxation and control group(B group)given tradition cut the anag act,then compare the effect of removing IUD between the two groups.Results The success rate of removing intrauterine device for one time in case group reach 100%.However,the success rate in control group was only 75%.It has significantly difference between the two groups through statistical analysis.Conclusion As for the patient in perimenopausal period and postmenopausal period,the spin relaxation methord is superior to the tradition cut the snag act.
