腹腔镜胆囊切除和传统开腹术治疗急性胆囊炎疗效对比

目的对比分析传统开腹胆囊切除术和微创腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性胆囊炎的疗效和安全性。方法回顾2008～2011年收治、行微创腹腔镜胆囊切除术的急性胆囊炎患者33例(观察组),及同期收治、行开腹胆囊切除术的急性胆囊炎患者27例(对照组),比较两组患者的手术时间、手术出血量、术后肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、术后疼痛评分、伤口感染率、残余脓肿发生率、住院时间、住院费用等指标,综合分析疗效和安全性。结果所有患者均手术成功,无术后出血,胆汁外漏等并发症;观察组各项指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性胆囊炎创伤小、感染率低、并发症少,可明显减轻患者疼痛和费用,适用于临床推广。

Comparative effect analysis of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and open cholecystectomy for acute cholecystitis

Objective To analyze the clinical effects and of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and open cholecystectomy for acute cholecystitis comparatively,Methods The clinical data of 33 patients accepted laparoscopic cholecystectomy(observation group) and 27 contemporary patients accepted open cholecystectomy(control group) were analyzed retrospectively,The effect and security were analyzed according to perioperative and postoperative conditions,including operative time、blood loss in surgery、postoperative anal exhaust time、outbed time、pain score、infection rates、residual abscess incidence,etc,Results All surgeries succeed without serious complications such as postoperative bleeding and gallbladder rupture,All the perioperative and postoperative condition indicators were observably improved in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05),Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is effective for acute cholecystitis with high-performance and low-damage which cut down the suffering and cost of patients,It is worthy of being spread in clinical application.
