南阳市宛城区2010年非结防机构网络直报肺结核病患者及追踪情况分析

目的 评价宛城区非结防机构发现肺结核病患者的情况及追踪情况,加强肺结核病患者的管理.方法 分析2010年宛城区非结防机构网络直报的肺结核和疑似者信息.结果 2010年1月至2010年12月宛城区非结防机构网络直报肺结核或疑似者353人,区级以上综合医院上报330人,乡(镇)级综合医院上报23人.追踪105人,追踪到位101人,主动就诊162人,总体到位345人.确诊活动性肺结核113人,结核性胸膜炎8人.排除活动性肺结核224人.结论 综合医院是发现肺结核病患者的主要场所.加强结防机构与综合医院的合作,是提高患者发现率的有效措施.追踪网络直报肺结核和疑似肺结核病患者,是发现肺结核病患者的重要方法,可以确保肺结核病患者及时规律治疗.

Analysis the situation and on tracking of tuberculosis patiens by direct reporting network of non-TB institutions in Wancheng county of Nanyang city,2010

Objective To evaluation the satuation on tracking of tuberculosis patiens by direct reporting network of non-TB institutions in order to strengthen the management of pulmonary tuberculosis in Wancheng county.Methods Information of pulmonary tuberculosis patients or suspected tuberculosis were reported by non-TB institutions in Wancheng county in 2010 was used for analysis.Results Within Jan.2010 to Dec.2010,a total of 353 tuberculosis or suspected tuberculosis cases were reported by non-TB institutions in Wancheng county.Among them,330 cases were reported by the district general hospital,23 cases were reported by the town hospital,and105 cases were tracked and 101 cases were in place after flolow-up,and 162 cases went to TB institution by themselves,and overall number of patients in place was 345.Of all the patients 113 cases were confirmed as active pulmonary tuberculosis,and 8 cases were confirmed as active tuberculosis pleurisy,and 224 cases were excluded from active pulmonary tuberculosis.Conclusion The general hospital is the main place where pulmonary tuberculosis patients are discovered,The colleberation between general hospital and TB dipensary has a remarkable effect on increasing case finding.Tracking pulmonary tuberculosis and suspected tuberculosis patients by direct reporting network is an important means for pulmonary tuberculosis case detection in order to ensure the timely treatment of tuberculosis patients.
