PBL教学法在留学生呼吸内科临床见习中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨PBL教学法在留学生呼吸内科临床见习带教中的应用。方法 52名留学生随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组采用PBL教学法,对照组采用传统教学法,在见习结束前进行理论考试、学习情况及教学效果问卷调查。结果实验组在临床技能、口试和临床病案的成绩明显优于对照组(P<0.01),实验组学生上课发言次数、提问次数、文献来源及课余学习时间明显高于对照组(P<0.001)。实验组教学效果结论明显优于对照组(P<0.001)。结论 PBL教学法可以提高学生临床思维和实践能力,同时增强了交流和合作精神,值得在留学生临床见习带教中推广应用。

Applying problem-based learning in clinical practice of abroad student in department of Respiratory Medicine

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method in clinical practice of abroad student in department of respiratory medicine.Methods All 52 abroad students were divided into experimental group and control group at random.The experimental groups adopted the PBL method,and the control group was taught by the traditional method.At the end of the clinical practice,an uniform test,a learning information and teaching effect questionnaire surveys were accomplished.Results The PBL group was better in examination oral,clinical skills and writing examination for case than the control group(P<0.01).There are notable differences in the frequency of speaking and asking question,literature reference and study time between the two groups(P<0.001).Teaching effect of PBL group is better than the control group’s.(P<0.001).Conclusion PBL can improve the students’ abilities of critical thinking and practicing.At the same time,it can enhance the communication and cooperation.PBL is worthy of extension and application in future abroad student clinical teaching.
