| 摘 要： | 目的探讨纳米银凝胶配合微波治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效。方法选择2008年1月—12月间在我院就诊的中、重度宫颈糜烂患者92例（经病理诊断为慢性宫颈炎患者）,其中55例行纳米银凝胶配合微波治疗为治疗组,另37例行单纯微波治疗为对照组,比较2组术后阴道排液量、出血时间及创面愈合时间。结果治疗组术后阴道排液量比对照组少,出血时间、创面愈合时间比对照组时间短（P〈0.01）。结论纳米银凝胶配合微波治疗宫颈糜烂是一种疗效好且疗程短的好方法,值得临床推广应用。 |
