类风湿性关节炎患者BAFF—R水平的检测及意义

目的检测类风湿关节炎（RA）患者外周血膜结合型淋巴细胞刺激因子受体（BAFF-R）水平，并探讨其与炎症指标的相关性及临床应用价值。方法取RA患者外周抗凝血，经过荧光标记后流式细胞仪检测BAFF-R。结果RA患者膜结合型BAFF-R与正常人比较有统计学意义，治疗前后对比有统计学意义，且与炎症指标呈相关性。结论RA患者膜结合型BAFF-R水平升高，可作为诊断依据及治疗靶点之一。

Measurement and significance of BAFF-R in rheumatoid arthritis

Objective To analyze the level of membrane-combined BAFF-R in rheumatoid arthritis and to investigate the correlation of BAFF-R with inflammatory indicators and its clinical value. Methods The blood was antieoagulated and detected with flow cytometry. The results was tested by SPSS. Results There was difference in the mean membrane-combined BAFF-R between RA and healthy controls and between the two groups that whether accepting treatment or not. There was correlation between membrane-combined BAFF-R and inflammatory indicators. Conclusion The membrane-combined BAFF-R of RA is evevated and it may be a basis of diagnosis and be the target of therapy.
