| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨前列腺增生患者并发糖尿病的特点及围手术期处理原则。方法 对 19例并发糖尿病的前列腺增生患者围手术期处理进行回顾分析。结果 前列腺增生患者糖尿病以 2型多见 ,病情隐匿 ,术前漏诊 2例 ;术后并发泌尿系感染 5例 ,切口感染 3例 ,肺部感染 2例 ,耻骨后间隙感染 1例 ;无手术死亡。结论 对糖尿病患者血糖的严格控制及胰岛素的合理应用是安全度过围手术期的关键

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the characteristios and perioperative management of the BPH patients complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods 19 cases of diabetic patietns who underwent prostate operation were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 19 cases,5 cases had postoperative urinary infection,3 cases suffered incision the infection,2 cases had lung infected,1 case got the infection within the gop behind pubis.And none of the cases died of the operations.Conclusion Strict blood glucose control and reasonable insulin administration is the key to pass perioperative period safely. |
