经腹与经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断瘢痕子宫妊娠效果比较

目的比较经阴道超声与经腹部超声诊断瘢痕子宫妊娠的临床效果。方法选择2009年1月-2019年1月成都市青白江区人民医院收治的瘢痕子宫妊娠患者100例,均采用经阴道超声诊断和经腹部超声诊断。比较不同诊断方法诊断瘢痕子宫的准确率和诊断图像特征。结果经阴道超声诊断的准确率高于经腹部超声,误诊率和漏诊率均低于经腹部超声,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经阴道超声诊断和经腹部超声诊断瘢痕子宫妊娠患者的超声图像特征比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论瘢痕子宫妊娠患者应用经阴道超声诊断和经腹部超声诊断的超声图像无明显差异,但经阴道超声诊断瘢痕子宫妊娠具有更高的准确率,值得在临床上推广。

Comparison of transabdominal and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of scar uterine pregnancy

Objective To compare the clinical effects of transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine scar pregnancy. Methods 100 patients with scar uterine pregnancy admitted to the People′s Hospital of Qingbaijiang District from January 2009 to January 2019 were selected for transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis and transabdominal ultrasound diagnosis. Compared the accuracy and diagnostic image characteristics of different diagnostic methods for the diagnosis of scar uterus. Results The accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis was higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound. The rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis was lower than that of transabdominal ultrasound, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the characteristics of ultrasound images between transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of scar uterine pregnancy(P>0.05). Conclusion There is no significant difference in the use of transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis and transabdominal ultrasound diagnosis of scar uterine pregnancy. However, transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis of scar uterine pregnancy has a higher accuracy and is worthy of clinical promotion.
