摘 要: | 低氧性肺动脉高压(hypoxic pulmonary hypertension,HPH)的发病机制目前还不十分清楚。近年来越来越多的研究发现,钙敏感受体(calcium sensing receptor,CaSR)参与了HPH的发生和发展。研究表明,肺动脉平滑肌细胞(pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells,PASMCs)可表达CaSR,CaSR对PASMCs中钙浓度的变化、肺血管紧张度的调节与PASMCs增殖发挥着重要作用,因此,CaSR的研究可为阐明HPH发病机制提供一个新的方向,本文简要介绍了CaSR参与HPH形成的研究进展。

Advances of study on involvement of calcium sensing receptor in the formation of hypoxic pulmonary hypertension |

Abstract: | The mechanism underlying the formation of hypoxic pulmomary hypertension (HPH) is still unclear at present, more and more research indicated that calcium sensing receptor (CaSR) participated in the occurrence and development of HPH. Increasing evidence suggested that CaSR expressed in the pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells (PASMCs) and CaSR played an important role in the regulation of calcium concentration in the PASMCs, the regulation of pulmonary vascular tensity and the control of PASMC proliferation. Therefore, the study on the role of CaSR in HPH might provide a new direction for clarifying the pathogenesis of HPH. This article reviews the involvement of CaSR in the formation of HPH. |
