| 膝关节半月板损伤的MRI诊断 | |

| 摘 要： | 为探讨MRI对膝关节半月板损伤的诊断价值。分析了60例临床诊断为半月板损伤的患者的MRI影像资料，并与手术结果对照分析。结果示60例120个半月板中，MRI表现正常6个，呈典型Ⅰ－Ⅲ度MRI表面87个，不典型表现者27个，与手术结果对照，MRI诊断半月板损伤的敏感性为95．0％，准确性为91．2％。表明MRI是一种无创伤性的能准确诊断半月板损伤的理想影像检查手段。 |

| Abstract: | To study the diagnostic value of MRI on meniscal injury of the knee in various degrees, the MRI findings of 120 menisci (60 cases) were studied, showing that normal findings are six, injured findings of typical grade Ⅰ～Ⅲ eighty-seven, atypical injured findings twenty-seven. In comparison with the testified results after operation, the sensitivity and accuracy of MRI in diagnosing meniscal injury are 95.0%, 91.2% respectively. The results showed that MR imaging was a non-invasive, accurate and ideal method in diagnosing the meniscal injury of the knee. |
