| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨护理干预对高血压病人自我效能的影响.[方法]将高血压病人随机分为干预组和对照组,对照组实施常规治疗和护理,干预组实施为期6个月的护理干预,包括日常生活干预、健康行为干预、服药行为干预、遵医行为干预,采用一般自我效能感量表对两组病人于出院时、干预6个月后进行评定.[结果] 干预6个月后,干预组日常生活、服药行为、遵医行为自我效能评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05) .[结论]护理干预有利于增强高血压病人的自我效能. |
