| 摘 要： | 目的 评价护理配合对缩短双气囊小肠镜检查时间和减少并发症的作用.方法 184例疑为小肠疾病患者行双气囊小肠镜检查.每例操作均有两名护士参与配合和护理,包括术前谈话、心理护理、术前准备、术中配合、术后护理,观察操作时间、患者病情变化、检查阳性率和并发症发生率.结果 184例患者183顺利接受检查.平均检查时间,经口进镜(52.48±13.39)min,经肛进镜(77.64±18.59)min;病变检出率79.35%;所有患者检查过程中未发生严重并发症.结论 内镜室护士与操作医生默契配合及对患者的科学护理对双气囊小肠镜检查顺利完成具有重要作用. |
