| 摘 要： | 本文总结我院100例并发肺动脉高压症的动脉导管未闭手术的麻醉经验。本组病例采用吸入麻醉,术中以控制性低血压预防导管破裂。在处理导管过程中,有8例发生出血意外,采用紧急降压或控制性低血压等措施,以利于钳夹主动脉或肺动脉进行缝合止血。其中1例止血困难者,紧急在体外循环下,修补血管止血成功。本组手术死亡率3%。 |

| Abstract: | A hundred cases of anesthesia for surgical intervention of patent ductusarterious (PDA) with pulmonary hypertension were presented.Inhalation anes-thesia was used for these cases, and controlled hypotension was available toprevent the rupture of ducts during surgical intervention.The accidents of ma-ssive hemorrhage happened in 8 cases during intervention.Emergency hypoten-sion and controlled hypotension were applied for temporal acculating hypoten-sion the aorta or pulmonary artery to repair the hemorrhage site. And ex-traooral circulation was available in a severe case. The surgical mortality inour cases was 3%. |
