三阴性乳腺癌的超声特征性的初步探讨

目的 比较并探讨三阴性乳腺癌及Luminal型乳腺癌超声表现，以及超声影像学对三阴性乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法 对46例三阴性乳腺癌以及260例Luminal型乳腺癌初诊超声形态学表现进行分析。结果 三阴性乳腺癌超声的特征性表现为圆形/椭圆形( P= 0.000)、边缘清晰( P=0.021 )、肿物内部回声（P=0.000）、后方声影（P=0.01），具有统计学差异；肿物内钙化（P=0.241），无统计学差异。结论 三阴性乳腺癌超声影像学有特征性表现，超声对于筛查三阴性乳腺癌具有一定优势。

Ultrasound characteristics of triple receptor-negative breast cancers

Objective To compare ultrasound imaging features between triple-negative breast cancers and luminal breast cancers. Methods We analyzed ultrasound imaging features at initial diagnosis of 46 triple-negatibe cases and 260 luminal cases. Results Oval shape ( P= 0.000),circumscribed margin,( P=0.021 ) echo pattern（P=0.000）,posterior features（P=0.01） on sonogram were significantly associated with triple-negative breast .Microcalcifications was not（P=0.241）. Conclusions Triple-negative breast cancers had specific characteristic in sonogram .Sonography proves superior in detecting triple-negative breast cancers.
