摘 要: | ![]() 本文报道了应用多普勒超声技术评价吸入一氧化氮(NO)对15例闭塞性肺动脉高压患者的疗效。结果表明,吸入NO后收缩期跨三尖瓣峰值压差平均降低22.5%(P<0.001),提示肺动脉高压和右心室阻力负荷显著减轻。左心室舒张末期容积平均增加12.6%(P<0.05),左心室舒张功能明显改善。

Abstract: | ![]() To evaluate the therapeutic effect of nitric oxide inhalation on obliterative pulmonary hypertension, fifteen cases of obliterative pulmonary hypertension including eight with primary and seven with thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension were studied with hoppler echocardiography. The results showed that the mean peak pressure gradient across tricuspid valves during systole decreased by 22. 5/00 (p<0. 001 ) after inhalation of nitric oxide indicating reduction of pulmonary hypertension and resistance load of the right ventricle ,the mean end diastolic volume of the left ventricle increased by 12. 6/00(p<0. 05) showing improvement of the diastolic function of the left ventricle. Inhaled nitric oxide is definitely effective for obliterative pulmonary hyperiension. |
