Nd:YAG激光联合药物灌注治疗鼻泪管阻塞

目的评价NdYAG激光联合药物灌注治疗鼻泪管阻塞的效果.方法10g·L-1地卡因结膜表面麻醉,扩张泪点后将已插入光纤的9号空心探针按常规泪道探通法插至鼻泪管阻塞部位,将阻塞部位击穿,用生理盐水加庆大霉素、地塞米松冲洗证实泪道通畅后将四环素可的松眼膏注入泪道.结果本组病例共58例68眼,1次治愈60眼(88.2%),2次治愈6眼,总有效率97.1%.结论NdYAG激光联合药物灌注治疗鼻泪管阻塞操作简单、效果好,无面部瘢痕形成,是常规治疗鼻泪管阻塞的理想术式.

Nd:YAG laser uniting drug poured into for obstruction of nasolacrimal duct

Objective To evalute the clinical effects of Nd:YAG laser uniting drug poured into for obstruction of nasolacrimal duct.Methods A 9 # hollow probe inserted a optic fiber was introduced by the inferior punctum via the meatus reaching the site of obstruction of nasolacrimal duct, the lesions such as scars of polyps and so on were abolished by laser vaporization. Then drug was poured into the lacrimal duct.Results In 68 eyes, 60 eyes were firstly cured, the success rate was 88.2%, 6 of 8 eyes was secondly cured, the total success rate was 97.1%.Conclusion Nd:YAG laser treatment uniting drug poured into for obstruction of nasolacrimal duct is a safe, simple and effective method, caused considerably less surgical trauma and no facial scar formation that is unavoidable if a surgical dacryocystorhinostomy was performed. The success rate was high and no obvious complication. We would, therefore, suggest that the new therapeutic modality is worthy of the treatment for this type of lesions.
