B超、CT、MRI对宫颈癌的诊断价值对比分析

目的:探讨B超、CT、MRI 3种检查方法对女性子宫颈癌的诊断价值,以期找到子宫颈癌早期诊断的最佳方法.方法:对120例已行B超、CT、MRI检查并经病理证实的子宫颈癌进行分析,以病理检查为金标准,对比这3种方法的检出正确率.结果:3种检测方法的检出正确率依次为:B超77.5%、CT 82.5%、MRI 94.2%.结论:MRI检出准确率最高;CT对Ⅰ、Ⅱ期病变的检出准确率低于MRI,对Ⅲ、Ⅳ期病变的检出准确率与MRI对比无明显差异.
