乳腺癌改良根治术中保留肋间臂神经的临床意义

目的：探讨乳腺癌改良根治术中保留肋间臂神经的临床意义。方法：61例行乳腺癌改良根治术，保留肋间臂神经53例，切除8例，术后对患者进行随访观察。结果：保留肋间臂神经53例中，术后患者上臂内侧及腋部皮肤感觉正常51例（96．23％），感觉异常2例（3．77％），切除肋间臂神经8例均有感觉异常，2组比较差异有显著性。随访1～5年，61例均无肿瘤局部复发。结论：在乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结清除术中，保留肋间臂神经是可行的，既保存了上臂内侧及腋部皮肤感觉功能，又改善患者术后生活质量，具有一定临床价值。

Clinical significances of preserving intercostobrachial nerve in modified radical mastectomy

Objective： To investigate the clinical significances of preserving intercostobrachial nerve in modified radical mastectomy. Methods： 61 patients were underwent modified radical mastectomy. The intercostobrachial nerve was reserved in 53 cases, and reeected in 8 cases. The sensory function of internal upper arm was been studied by follow-up after operation. Results ： 51 patients skin sensory function of internal upper arm and armpit were normal（96.23% ） ,2 patients were ab- normal（3.77% ） after operation in 53 patients that the intercostobrachial nerve was reserved ; but all were abnormal in 8 patients that the intercostobrachial nerve was recected. There were no focal tumor recurrence in 61 patients during 1 - 5 years follow up. Conclusion ： Preserving intercostobrahial nerve may significantly decrease the morbidity of postoperation arm sensory disturbance during modified radical mastectomy.
