某儿童医院急诊就诊意外伤害儿童危险因素的分析

目的了解儿童医院急诊意外伤害儿童就诊现状，探讨其危险因素，为预防儿童意外伤害提供科学依据。方法对66例因意外伤害前来医院急诊就诊的0～10岁的儿童，采用对家长现场问卷调查的方法，了解意外伤害的发生情况、相关危险因素，并对其进行多因素Logistic逐步回归法分析。结果母亲文化程度高、儿童上学是儿童意外伤害的保护因素，曾经受伤是儿童意外伤害的危险因素。结论急诊就诊儿童意外伤害的发生是多因素相互作用的结果，应针对各因素采取综合性预防措施。

Analysis of risk factors for accidental injury of children in emergency department of children' s hospital

Objective To understand the status of accidental injury children in emergency department of children' s hospital and discuss the risk factors of accidental injury in children to provide a scientific basis of prevention. Methods This study investigate parents on-site by questionnaire. We investigate 68 cases whose ages were 0~10 years. They came to emergency department due to accident. The investigation includes the incidence of accidental injuries, risk factors, and then a multi-factor logistic regression analysis would be done.Results The protective factor for children is mothers with high education level and children attending school.Children who have been injured in accident is the risk factor. Conclusions The occurrence of accidental injuries of children is the result of interaction of multiple factors, each factor should be taken for comprehensive preventive measures.
