阿片依赖者复吸因素分析

用北京医科大学中国药物依赖性研究所提供的《药物滥用复吸因素调查表》对１５５例阿片依赖者于脱毒后进行调查，其中复吸者１３４例，复吸比率为８６．４％。复吸１－２次，３－５次，６－１０次，１１－２０次，２０次以上的分布情况分别为４１．８％，３５．８％，１２．７％，８．２％和１．５％。在影响复吸的因素中，居前５位的因素依次是：毒友影响、还想最后享受一次、无聊无事可干、遇到心烦苦恼的事、回到原吸毒环境毒瘾发作。以社会环境因素为最、心理因素次之、身体因素最弱。杜绝不良的交友状况是减少复吸的最主要措施。

AN ANALYSIS OF RELAPSE FACTORS OF OPIOID ADDICITS

An analysis of relapse factors of 155 opioid addicts was carried out with a questionnaire provided by National Institute on Drug Dependence. The results showed that relapse rate was 86.4%. The propotion of relapse 1-2 times, 3-5 times, 6-10times, 11-20 times and over 20 times was 41.8%, 35.8%, 12.7%, 8.2% and 1.5% respectively. Among the relapse factors, the most important causes were peer influence of drug abusers, desire for“last use”, having nothing to do, boredom, returning to original milieu successively. Social factor was the most important, psychologic factor was the second, and physical factor was the last, which indicated that stopping associating with ill friends may be the most important measure of reducing relapse.
