| 摘 要： | 本文通过益肾合剂,方由白花蛇舌草50g、半枝莲30g、益母草30g、银花30g、连翘20g、公英30g、地丁30g、扁蓄20g、瞿麦15g组成,治疗82例慢性肾炎的临床观察,结果表明:32例完面缓解,基本缓解21例,好转26例,无效3例,总有效率为96.3％。证明清热利湿是治疗慢性肾炎的重要法则。

| Abstract: | The article observed chronic nephritis (82 cases) treated with "Yishenheji" which consisted of Hedyotis diffosa 50g, Scutellaria baarbata 30g, Molherwort 30g, Floslonicerae 30g, Fructus Forsythiae 20g, Herba Taraxaci 30g, Prostrate Rn tweed 20g and Herba Dianthi 15g. The results showed that 32 cases got better obviously, 39.0 percent; 21 cases got better, 25.6 percent; 26 cases were effective, 31.7 percent; 3 cases were ineffective, 3.7 percent; the general effectiveness rate was 96.3 percent. All these showed that clearing heat and excreting dampness was an important method of treating chronic nephritis. |
