硝酸甘油与尼可地尔治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床对比研究

目的对比观察硝酸甘油与尼可地尔治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果。方法将2010年7月至2011年2月我院收治的80例不稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为硝酸甘油组和尼可地尔组,分别给予硝酸甘油或尼可地尔治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果用药后尼可地尔组心电图改善有效率高于硝酸甘油组,尤其是在用药后48h时,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者心绞痛发作次数及疼痛持续时间相比差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;两组患者不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论尼可地尔治疗不稳定心绞痛,在心电图改善有效率上优于硝酸甘油,低血压发生率比硝酸甘油较低,具有很好的安全性,值得临床广泛应用。

Comparison of nitroglycerin and nicorandil in the treatment of unstable angina

Objective To observe and compare the clinical effect of nitroglycerin and nicorandil in the treatment of unstable angina.Methods 80 patients with unstable angina treated from December 2009 to February 2011 were randomly assigned to nitroglycerin group and nicorandil group,which were given nitroglycerin or nicorandil therapy,respectively,and the clinical efficacies were observed.Results The electrocardiogram was improved greater in the nicorandil group than that in the nitroglycerin group,especially 48 hours after the treatment,which had significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05);the angina attack frequency and duration of pain of the two groups had no significant difference;the overall incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups had no significant difference.Conclusion For unstable angina,nicorandil is superior to nitroglycerin in ECG and has lower incidence of hypotension than nitroglycerin.
