以神经系统损害为首发症状的主动脉夹层12例诊治分析

目的分析并发神经系统损害的主动脉夹层（AD）的临床和影像学特点,以提高对本病的认识。方法回顾性分析12例并发神经系统损害的主动脉夹层患者的临床资料。结果 90%的患者发病前有胸背痛,神经系统表现：12例中偏瘫9例,单下肢瘫1例,双下肢瘫1例,昏迷1例。结论对于合并胸背痛、胸闷、血压不对称等症状的神经系统损害的患者要高度怀疑AD的可能,早期诊断和治疗是降低病死率的关键。

Clinical analysis of 12 cases of aortic dissection with damage in nervous system

Objective To investigate the clinical and imaging features of aortic dissection(AD) with neurological system lesions,for further understanding of it.
