Galectin-1、P21、P27在子宫颈鳞状细胞癌和癌前病变中的表达及意义

摘    要:目的分析Galectin-1、P21、P27在子宫颈癌前病变和子宫颈鳞状细胞癌(Cervical squamous cellcarcinoma,CSCC)中的表达,探讨其在宫颈癌变过程中的作用机制。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法,检测20例正常宫颈组织、39例子宫颈上皮内瘤变(Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)Ⅰ、40例CINⅡ、40例CINⅢ和54例CSCC组织中Galectin-1、P21、P27蛋白的表达。结果 Galectin-1和P21在CINⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和CSCC组织中阳性表达率明显高于正常宫颈组织,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。P27在CINⅢ和CSCC组织中阳性表达率明显低于正常宫颈组织,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。但Galectin-1、P21、P27在CIN组间及CSCC组间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。Galectin-1阳性表达的41例CSCC中P21阳性表达38例,两组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。Galectin-1阳性表达的41例CSCC中P27阳性表达13例,两组间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论 Galectin-1和P21高表达、P27低表达与宫颈癌的发病密切相关,可为宫颈癌前病变发展为浸润性鳞癌提供动态观察的参考指标。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of Galectin-1,P21 and P27 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma(CSCC) and precancerous change and study the mechanism of carcinogenesis.Methods Using S-P immunohistochemical technique,we examined the expression of Galectin-1,P21 and P27 in 20 cases of normal cervical tissues,39 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasm(CIN)Ⅰ,40 cases of CINⅡ,40 cases of CINⅢ and 54 cases of CSCC.Results Expression of Galectin-1 and P27 positive in CINⅠ,CINⅡ,CINⅢ and CSCC were higher markedly than that in normal cervical tissues,with the significant difference(P<0.05).Expression of P27 positive in CINⅠ,CINⅡ,CINⅢ and CSCC were lower markedly than that in normal cervical tissues,with the significant difference(P<0.05).But the expression of Galectin-1,P21 and P27in groups of CSCC and CIN were not difference.Expression of Galectin-1 positive in 41 cases CSCC which was P27 positive in 38 cases with it,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Expression of Galectin-1 positive in 41 CSCC which was P27 positive in 13 cases with it,the difference was not significant.Conclusion The higher expression of Galectin-1 and P21and the lower expression of P27 were relational in CSCC invasion,and they will become the target to observe the evolution from precancerous change to CSCC.
