| 摘 要： | 目的探讨静脉注射丙种球蛋白大剂量冲击治疗后血浆白蛋白浓度的变化规律。方法回顾性分析38例使用丙种球蛋白冲击治疗,并且治疗前后完成肝功能检查的病例,比较治疗前后血浆白蛋白浓度的变化。结果 34例均有不同程度的血浆白蛋白浓度下降,最高1例治疗5 d后下降至11.6 g/L。结论应用丙种球蛋白后,通过某种机制,可以引起血浆白蛋白浓度较用药前有所下降。 |
