| 摘 要： | 本文报告了有完整临床资料的新生儿蛛网膜下腔出血６５例，就其发病机理、ＣＴ表现特点及两者关系进行分析、讨论。总结了新生儿蛛网膜下腔出血ＣＴ图像上的一个直接征象和四个间接征象。并将其分为三型。作者认为ＣＴ应作为本病的首选检查和必查项目。

| Abstract: | This artical reported the CT findings of 65 cases of neonatal subarachnoid hemorrhage withcomplete clinical materials,The characteristic features of CT findings were analysed on the bases of etiologyand pathology. Onedirect sign and four indirect signs are also discussed.According to the observation, theCT findings were divided into three types. The authors propose that CT shluld be the examination of choiceand should be used in these cases. |
