临床护生职业损伤状况及对策

目的：研究护理实习生临床实习时职业损伤状况、影响因素和对策。方法：采用访谈、记录、观察等方法找到实习护生遭受损伤的主要因素，再采用自行设计的调查问卷对医科大学本科实习护生进行损伤状况的调查。结果：在调查的200名实习护生在实习期间（〉8个月）中：24人（12％）在所在实习医院接受了专业的职业防护知识；91人（45．5％）受到过锐器损伤；93人（46．5％）曾在配制药液时出现过药液外渗污染手的情况，其中有53人（26．5％）因接触的药液而造成皮肤不同程度损伤。结论：实习护生在临床实习中发生职业损伤的状况较为普遍，预防损伤的措施和发生损伤后的处理仍有待改善，须加强护生的职业安全教育及自我保护意识，提高实习护生对风险的认知和处理能力，降低职业损伤的发生率。

The status and prevention of occupational injuries in dally-care of nursing interns

Objective To study the status ,influence factors and countermeasures of clinical nursing interns occupational injuries Methods interviews, records, observation and other methods to find nursing interns who suffered injuries of the main factors, and then use serf-designed questionnaire on medical undergraduate nursing students were injured to Investigate. Results survey of 200 nursing students during the internship period （〉 8 months） in： 24 （12%） in the hospital where the professional practice of occupational safety protection; 91 （45.5%） were too sharp injuries; 93 （46.5%） had occurred during the preparation of liquid leakage of contaminated liquid hands, of which there were 53 （26.5%） resulted from contact with the liquid and varying degrees of skin damage. Conclusion nursing students in clinical practice in case of eccupational injury situation is more common occurrence .Injury prevention measures and treatment of injury remains to be improved to enhance the occupational safety of nursing education and self-protection awareness of the risk of nursing students to cognitive, reducing the incidence of occupational injury.
