摘    要:目的探讨神经粘连因子neuropilin(NP)在小鼠视交叉发育的主要阶段,即胚胎(E13~E15),在视网膜和间脑中的表达变化。方法将E13~E15的小鼠胚胎的头部以震荡切片机制备为横切片或纵切片,以荧光免疫组织化学方法染色,最后以激光扫描共聚焦显微镜观察。结果在E13至E15,NP表达在视盘和刚移行出视盘的视神经纤维中。在E13,NP表达在视神经和视交叉中。但在E14至E15时,NP在视交叉中的表达消失,只表达在视神经和视束中。结论NP在视交叉发育过程表达的变化,提示NP在引导视神经移出视盘和神经集结方面有着一定的作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the change of expression of neuropilin in the developing retinofugal pathway during the main phase of optic chiasm development (the 13th-15th day of embry, E13-E15). Methods Heads of mouse embryos (E13-E15) were cut horizontally or vertically by vibrotone. Slides were stained by fluorescent immunostaining method and observed by laser scanning confocal microscopy. Results NP was expressed in the optic disc and optic stalk from E13 to E15. At E14 and E15, NP was expressed in the optic stalk and optic tract, but disappeared in the chiasm. Conclusion The changes of NP expression in the retinofugal pathway suggested that NP might play a function in directing optic nerve to migrate out of the optic disc and optic axon fasciculations.
