| 摘 要： | 1987年7月～1990年6月,我们用细针吸取活检不同脏器肿块病人158例,其中胸腔62例,腹腔37例,体表59例。120例诊断为恶性肿瘤,其中93例明确了组织学类型(77.5%)。经活检或临床观察随访证实其准确率为95%(150/158),假阳性为0.83%(1/120),假阴性18%(7/38)。部分病例同时进行了细胞学和组织学检查,诊断的准确率较高。158例病人均未出现严重并发症。

| Abstract: | From July 1987 to June 1990,we have used the fine needle aspiration biopsy(FNAB) was to diagnose 158 cases of tumor of various organs.62 lesions located in chest,37 in abdomen and 59 on the surface of the body.120 of 158 cases were diagnosed as malignant tumors by FNAB and 93 of these were of known histopathologic types.Through the comparison of the final diagnosis and FNAB diagnosis,95 percent of diagnosis by FNAB are correct.The false positive rate is 0.83%(1/120).7 of 38 negative cases were finally diagno- sed as malignant tumors by other methods,so the false negative rate of FNAB was 18%. |
