台阶变温法预测聚乙烯吡咯烷酮碘溶液的贮存期

摘    要:用台阶变温法预测了l00g/L聚乙烯吡咯烷酮碘溶液的贮存期.实验表明.有效碘含量变化的动力学方程为lgCo一lgC=Kt,由此可求出各恒温段的速度常数Ki,从而得回归议程lgK=11.566-4.866X103/T.在288K,有效碘初始含量(Co)为9.lg/L时,贮存期约为55.2d,这与经典恒温法预测的结果(56.7d)某本一致,并与留样观察结果相符.

Abstract:he shelflife of 100g/L povidonc-iodine solution was forcasted by staircase non-isother-mal method.The dynamical equation on the variance on the variance of content of the available iodine was lgCo ─lgC =Kt,the velocity constant Ki at everyisothcrmal staircase could be calculated form that and the regression equation obeained was lgK=11.566-4.866x103/T.The shelflife was about 55. 2days at 288K when the initial content of the available ionine (Co)was 9.lg/L and that was compatible with those of both the classical isothermal method and sample-keeping observation.
