| 摘 要： | 用台阶变温法预测了ｌ００ｇ／Ｌ聚乙烯吡咯烷酮碘溶液的贮存期．实验表明．有效碘含量变化的动力学方程为ｌｇＣｏ一ｌｇＣ＝Ｋｔ，由此可求出各恒温段的速度常数Ｋｉ，从而得回归议程ｌｇＫ＝１１．５６６－４．８６６Ｘ１０３／Ｔ．在２８８Ｋ，有效碘初始含量（Ｃｏ）为９．ｌｇ／Ｌ时，贮存期约为５５．２ｄ，这与经典恒温法预测的结果（５６．７ｄ）某本一致，并与留样观察结果相符．

100g/L povidonc-iodine solution was forcasted by staircase non-isother-mal method.The
dynamical equation on the variance on the variance of content of the available iodine was lgCo
─lgC =Kt,the velocity constant Ki at everyisothcrmal staircase could be calculated form that
and the regression equation obeained was lgK=11.566-4.866x103/T.The shelflife was about 55.
2days at 288K when the initial content of the available ionine (Co)was 9.lg/L and that was
compatible with those of both the classical isothermal method and sample-keeping
observation. |
