| 摘 要： | 目的探讨难治性气胸采用胸腔闭式引流术后持续低负压吸引加促粘剂多西环素的疗效。方法将48例难治性气胸患者在常规胸腔闭式引流术基础上持续低负压吸引加用促粘剂多西环素,观察其效果及副作用。结果持续低负压吸引加用多西环素胸腔内注射治疗难治性气胸总有效率达93.7%,副作用小。结论持续低负压吸引加促粘剂多西环素是治疗难治性气胸的一种安全有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective Explore the efficacy of refractory pneumothorax with Continuous low vacuum suction after closed thoracic drainage and injecting the doxycycline into thoracic cavity.Method Select 48 cases of patients with refractory pneumothorax,continuous low vacuum suction and injecting the doxycycline into thoracic cavity on the basis of closed thoracic drainage,then observe the effects and side effects.Result The cure rate of the 48 cases with refractory pneumothorax was 93.7%,with fewer side effects.Conclusion Continuous low vacuum suction and injecting the doxycycline into thoracic cavity is a safe and effective treatment of refractory pneumothorax. |
