《金匮要略》之食疗初探

摘    要:
《金匮要略》是我国现存最早的杂病学专著,是中医经典古籍之一。该书中的护养脾胃、培补正气的食疗思想;顺应四时、饮食有节的食疗原则;以及药食同用、辨证施膳的食疗特色;特别汤剂、酒汤、啜粥及煮饼等食疗调养药膳,对后世食疗学的发展有着巨大的推动作用。

Abstract:
JinGui YaoLue is the earliest monograph of miscellaneous diseases in our country.In this book,the ideas of nursing spleen and stomach,reinforce the vital-qi;the principle of conform to four seasons,be abstemious in diet;the characteristic of the coordination of food and medicine,applicate the diet based on differentiation of symptoms and signs;especially,the medicated alimentotherapy of medical broth,vinic broth,gruel and boiled cake,perform an inportant function in the development of the dietotherapy.
