龙柴方提取液及其含药血清对CCL_4诱导肝细胞损伤保护作用的研究

目的：探讨龙柴方提取液及其含药血清对CCL4诱导肝细胞损伤保护作用。方法：培养L-02型肝细胞,12h后用四氯化碳（CCL4）体外诱导肝细胞损伤,分为正常模型对照组、7组不同浓度龙柴方药液组和正常对照组,继续培养12h,MTT检测各组细胞存活力;同时,诱导肝细胞损伤模型制成后,分为CCL4模型组、正常血清对照组、龙柴方血清组、益肝灵血清组,继续培养12h,MTT检测细胞各组存活力。结果：CCL4模型组及各药液组细胞OD值均低于正常对照组（P〈0.01）,除龙柴方最高浓度组低于模型组外（P〉0.05）,其余6药液组细胞OD值均高于CCL4模型组;龙柴方血清组及益肝灵血清组细胞OD值明显高于CCL4模型组和正常血清组（P〈0.05）,以龙柴方血清组效果为优。结论：龙柴方提取液具有抗肝细胞损伤和促进肝细胞生长的药理作用。

Protective Effec of Longchai Fang Extract and Its Drug-Containing Serum on CCL_4-Induced Liver Cell Injury

Objective：To explore the Longchai Fang extract and its drug-containing serum on CCL4-induced hepatocyte injury protection.Methods：The cultured L-02-type hepatocyte,12h after carbon tetrachloride（CCL4）-induced hepatocyte injury in vitro were divided into working model control group,seven groups of different concentrations of Long Cai Fang liquid group and normal control group;to continue to foster 12h,MTT test cell viability in each group;the same time,after induced hepatocyte injury model was made,induced hepatocyte were divided into model group,normal serum control group,Longchai Fang serum group and Yiganling serum group,to continue to foster 12h,MTT test cell viability of each group.Results：CCL4 model group and the group of cells in liquid OD values were lower than the control group（P0.01）,except the highest Longchai Fang group,the remaining six groups in liquid OD values were higher than CCL4;the Longchai Fang and Yiganling serum groups OD value were significantly higher than CCL4 model group and normal serum group（P0.05）,with Long Cai Fang serum excellent effect.Conclusion：Longchai Fang extracts with anti-liver cell damage and promote the growth of hepatocyte.
