| 摘 要： | 目的：研究泽泻药材与饮片的质量标准。方法：对泽泻药材与饮片进行性状鉴别、显微鉴别、薄层鉴别,并用高效液相法测定其中23-乙酰泽泻醇B的含量。结果：总结了泽泻药材与饮片的主要鉴别特征;23-乙酰泽泻醇B浓度在0.925-59.2μg/mL范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9999）;平均回收率为103.24%,RSD=1.53%（n=6）。结论：所建标准可用于泽泻药材与饮片的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the quality standard of Alismatis orientalis and Alismatis slices.Methods：The characteristic study,microscopic identification and TLC identification of Alismatis slices were performed,and the content of alisol B 23-acetate in which was determined by HPLC.Results：The chief characteristics of Alismatis orientalis and Alismatis slices have been summarized.The linear range of alisol B 23-acetate was 0.925~59.2μg/mL（r = 0.9999）with its average recovery at 103.24%（RSD=1.53%,n=6）.Conclusion：The established standard can be used for the quality control of Alismatis orientalis and Alismatis slices. |
