| 摘 要： | 目的探讨并分析在儿童癫痫病的治疗过程中,静脉注射免疫球蛋白的临床疗效及可能机制。方法对于我院就诊的84例儿童癫痫患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。通过随机的方式将84例儿童癫痫患者分为试验组与对照组两组,对试验组的患者采取静脉注射免疫球蛋白的方法进行治疗,对照组的患者采用托吡酯添加的方法进行治疗。结果两组患者治疗后试验组患者在血清球蛋白及淋巴细胞亚群方面都要好于对照组。结论静脉注射免疫球蛋白能够有效的降低儿童癫痫患者的CD19+B及CD20+B细胞值,对儿童癫痫病有很好的临床疗效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study and analysis in the treatment of epilepsy and children in the process,intravenous immunoglobulin clinical effectiveness and the possible mechanism.Methods 84 cases of SNRT（for the children of people with epilepsy clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Through the random way 84 cases were divided into trial group and control group,and group of patients take intravenous immunoglobulin method treatment,the control group treated with topiramate add method for treatment.Results Two groups of patients after treatment group in patients with serum globulin and lymphocyte subsets are better than the control group.Conclusion Intravenous immunoglobulin can effectively reduce the children of people with epilepsy CD19^＋B and CD20^＋B cells value in children,epilepsy and have very good clinical curative effect. |
