中医药治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床体会

认为充血性心力衰竭的病因是禀赋薄弱、外邪袭心、心阴受损、心阳耗竭，其病机是气阳亏虚、瘀血阻滞、水饮停蓄。临床治疗心衰的经验是强调益气温阳利水及滋阴活血等，用药则宜辨证审因而设，不可偏颇，并对心、肺、肾三脏常需兼顾而治。

Clinical Experience of Chinese Medicine in Treating Congestive Heart Failure

It is argued that congestive heart failure results from the heart yin insufficiency and heart yang exhaustion by exogenous factors on the basis of weak constitution;its pathogenesis is qi and yang deficiency,blood stasis and water fluid retention.Thus the clinical treatment should be to supplement qi and warm yang,remove water fluid,nourish yin and activate blood flow.Moreover,the specific causes should be differentiated and handled in consideration of the heart,lungs and kidneys.
