加长柄人工半髋关节置换治疗股骨近端病理性骨折

目的探讨定制加长柄人工半髋关节置换治疗股骨近端病理性骨折的临床疗效。方法2007年7月至2009年5月，采用骨水泥型加长柄人工半髋关节置换治疗股骨近端病理性骨折10例。其中男6例，女4例；年龄65—88岁，平均76岁；原发肺癌病史5例（4例肺癌患者未行手术治疗），食道癌术后2例，胃癌术后2例，前列腺癌1例。结果术后随访4～24个月，9例患者存活，均获得了较好的生活质量。结论股骨近端病理性骨折采用骨水泥型加长柄人工半髋关节治疗疗效满意，安全有效，生活质量术后明显提高。

Lengthened-handled hemi-hip joint replacements in proximal femoral fractures

Objective To study the clinical effect of lehgthened-handled hemi-hip joint replacements used in the treatment of pathological fractures of proximal femur. Methods From July 2007 to May 2009, 10 patients with pathological fractures of proximal femur underwent lengthened-handled bone cement-based hemi-hip joint replacement. They were 6 males and 4 females, aged from 65 to 88 years old, with the average of 76. Four patients had primary lung cancer, 4 of whom did not underwent surgery; 2 patients underwent surgery for esophageal carcinoma; 2 for gastric cancer, and 1 for prostatic carcinoma. Results All patients were followed up for 4 to 24 months. Nine patients survived and have better life quality. Conclusions For patients with pathological fractures of proximal femur, legthened-handled bone cement-based hemi-hip joint replacements can achieve satisfying curative effects. It is safe and effective, and can markedly improve the quality of patients＇ life.
