探索高层次人才培养新思路推进博士后工作跨越式发展

目的：推进博士后科研工作跨越式发展，促使博士后工作走可持续发展的道路。方法：5年来，通过对博士后站科研管理工作成功经验的总结，探索整合行业和全社会科研资源、属地管理与垂直管理相结合、滚动式发展的新模式。结果：回顾和分析博士后工作，阐述高层次人才培养新思路和博士后工作的跨越式发展。结论：博士后工作重在发展和创新。

Exploring the new thinking of high-level personnel training ,advancing the development of post-doctors work

Objective: To advance the great-leap-forward development of post-doctor's research work.,impel post-doctor's work to take the sustainable development path. Methods: Through the summary of the successful experience of the scientific research management over the past five years,the post-doctor's work station has explored the new mode with which combining the trade and the whole society scientific research resource,possessional and vertical management combining together,developing with rolling type. Results: explain the new thinking of high-level personnel training and the greatleap-forward development of post-doctor work through the retrospecting and analysis of the post-doctor's work. Conclusion: The work of post-doctor emphsizes on development and innovation.
