丹红注射液对不稳定性心绞痛患者神经肽Y的影响

目的探讨不稳定性心绞痛（UAP）患者血浆神经肽Y（NPY）含量的变化,并观察丹红注射液对UAP患者神经肽Y（NPY）含量的影响。方法不稳定性心绞痛患者86例,随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组予以常规治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上加用丹红治疗。观察2组治疗前后血浆NPY的变化及疗效。结果不稳定性心绞痛患者发作期血浆NPY水平明显高于正常对照者（P〈0．01）。1周后应用丹红注射液治疗的不稳定性心绞痛组血浆NPY含量较未用丹红注射液治疗组下降明显（P〈0．05）。结论丹红注射液能有效地减轻NPY的缩血管作用,对改善UAP患者心肌供氧有重要作用。

Effects of Danhong injection on Neuropeptide Y of patients with unstable angina pectoris

Objective To investigate the changes of plasma Neuropeptide Y （NPY） concentration in patients with unstable angina pectoris（ UAP）, recognize their significance and to study the effect of Danhong In jection on the plasma contents of NPY in patients with UAP. Methods 86 patients with UAP were devided into 2 groups in random, one was treatment with Danhong Injection, the other was not, before and after 1 week, the plasma NPY concentration in them and 21 normal controls was determined by radioimmunoassay （RIA）. Results NPY levels were significantly increased in patients with UAP compared to normal value （all P 〈0.01 ）. The NPY level of patients without treatment with Danhong Injection is higher than that of treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ） after 1 week. Conclusion NPY could be an important causes of UAP and Danhong Injection may markedly decreased the level of NPY.
