知识经济时代 ,一切以知识为基础 ,知识更新的速度与科技产业化程度直接相关 ,实现知识更新与科技产业化需要有知识、有能力的高素质创新人才。研究生教育是培养创新人才的有效途径。为了培养研究生的创新能力 ,促进研究生教育发展 ,我们从知识经济时代对人才的要求 ,研究分析创新人才的基本特征 ,同时针对本学科研究生教育现状 ,结合实际工作需求 ,探寻培养研究生创新能力的方法与策略 ,并实施于本学科研究生教育的全过程

Cultivation of medical graduates' innovative ability in knowledge economy era

Knowledge economy era involves knowledge in every aspect. The speed of knowledge renovation is related to the extent of industrialization of science and technology. Knowledge renovation and industrialization of science and technology require innovative personnel with knowledge and ability. Graduate education is one of the effective ways to train such people. To cultivate postgraduates' innovative ability and to accelerate the development of graduate education, we analyze the characteristics of innovative personnel in view of the requirements of knowledge economy era. Meanwhile, this paper explores ways and strategies in cultivating graduates' innovative ability according to the present situation of graduate education and the requirements of actual work.
