摘    要:目的评价磁敏感成像技术在隐匿性脑微出血(rCMB)中的价值。方法应用3.OTMR全身检查设备(Achieva 3.0T Tx,Philips),检查序列包括轴面T1WI、T2WI、FLAIR、DWI、SWI。SWI成像采用VEN-BOLD-HR三维梯度回波序列。采用SENSE并行采集技术,SENSE因子2。层厚6mm,层间距0.6mm。结果rCMB表现为圆形低信号,部分病灶外周可见单层或双层环形低信号,分布不均匀、大小不一、数量不等。结论SWI在检出rCMB中具有较高的价值,在指导·临床治疗、判断疾病预后方面具有重要临床意义。

The Value of Susceptibility Weighted Imaging in the Diagnosis of Recessive Cerebral Micro-bleeding

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the susceptibility weighted imaging in the recessive cerebral micro-bleeding (rCMB). Methods With the application of 3.0T whole body magnetic resonance imaging equipment, these sequences of T1WI, T2WI, FLAIR, DWI, SWI were carried out. SWI was the VEN-BOLI)-HP, gradient echo sequence. SENSE parallel acquisition technique was applied, with SENSE ~wtor 2. The thickness was 6ram, slice gap ().6ram. Resu/tx Tim rCMB were manif~'sted as round low signal, occasionally accompanied by visible single or double low signal ring of the outer peripheral. The lesions veere with the uneven distribution, difterent sizes, various nmnbers. Conclusion SWI has a higher value in the detection of rCMB, with important clinical significance in the guidance of clinical treatment or determining the prognosis of the diseases.
