非典型性脑膜瘤的CT、MRI表现

目的总结非典型性脑膜瘤CT、MRI表现特征。材料与方法搜集10例经病理证实的非典型性脑膜瘤,5例行CT检查,10例行MRI检查,4例行扩散加权成像(DWI)。结果非典型性脑膜瘤多发于大脑凸面、大脑镰和矢状窦,以头痛为主要症状;平均径线多≥5cm;边缘多不规则;CT及MRI平扫呈不均匀密度和信号,注入造影剂后呈不均匀强化;肿瘤周围水肿;硬膜尾征及病变于DWI上多呈高及稍高信号。结论当发生于常见部位的脑膜瘤并具有一定的CT、MRI表现时,应考虑非典型性脑膜瘤的可能。

CT,MRI Features of Atypical Meningiomas

Objective To summarize the CT、MRI features of atypical meningiomas. Materials and Methods There were 10 cases with atypical meningiomas proved by pathology, 5 cases examined with CT,10cases examined with MRI, 4 cases examined with DWI. Results The tumor most commonly occurred in facies convexa cerebri, falx cerebri and longitudinal sinus, and headache presented as a main symptom;average diameter larger than 5cm;the borders of tumors were mostly irregular;nonhomogeneous density or signal on plain CT and MRI, nonhomogeneous enhancement on enhanced CT and MRI; the peritumor edema;dural tail sign and DWI the tumor showed high and slightly high signed intensity. Conclusion Atypical meningiomas when a tumor located in the common sites of meningioma and are of some CT、MRI features, the diagnosis of atypical meningiomas should be considered.
